Curently, IT Technology is an important aspect in business process. In order to running IT assets smoothly, it must be monitored and maintained. PT. Adi Citra Sakti provide a Desktop Maintenance service as a part of IT Infrastructure maintenance. Our engineer will stand-by (or by request) to help end user or IT administrator in order to make sure their workstation is working normally. According to our standards, all activities are documented and reported every month.

Service Desk scope:

  1. Desktop Maintenance

    Scope of Desktop Maintenance are :

    1. Maintenance and configuring Client :
      • Operating System installation and configuration, make sure the Operating System is installed with latest patch. Installing and configuring default software in accordance with the company standards.
      • Problem solving for incident occured in Desktop, Network, or applications.
      • Hardware and software inventory, including IP address and accessories connected to the Client.
      • Receiving, create a documentation and categorizing incident or user request
    2. LAN Maintenance :
      • Monitoring and documentation of Network Device such as switch and physical connection,
      • Configuring Protocol and Services used in Client.
      • Maintain and updating documentation of LAN topology.
    3. Maintain Antivirus :
      • Client Antivirus instalation.
      • Client Antivirus monitoring.
      • Client Antivirus maintenance.
  2. Windows Server Maintenance

    Scope of Windows Server Maintenance are :

    • Monitoring, Problem Solving, re-instalation and re-configuration of Windows Server. Responsible for services runing on it, such as Directory Service, DNS, Proxy, etc.
    • Security and thread inspection on every server and their peripheral.
    • Make sure their service and application is running correctly.
    • Give technical advisory and consultation in case of incident occured
    • Create documentation and categorizing incident occured in the server includes solution for the incident.
